Use of any of the above websites constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

4. Scope of Services

Stream Lync provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products including ISP Billing, Pharmacy ERP, Diagnostic ERP, SellLync, CRM, and ERP, as well as digital services including web design, SEO, Google Ads management, hosting, and cloud solutions.

Service features, pricing, availability, and specifications may change without prior notice.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information, use our services only for lawful purposes, comply with applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations, and refrain from fraud, misleading content, or any activity that may disrupt or misuse our systems or services.

6. Orders, Payments, and Billing

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made through approved payment methods available on the respective product platform, which may include mobile financial services and online payment gateways.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Free Trial & Service Activation

Certain products may be offered with a free trial period, as indicated on the respective product's website. No credit card is required to start a free trial unless stated otherwise. Once a paid subscription is activated, the terms of our Return and Refund Policy apply.

8. Return and Refund Policy

Return and refund eligibility is governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. Software subscriptions and activated digital services are generally non-refundable once activated, except as described in that policy.
